In this session we will discuss the signs and characteristics of dyslexia, misconceptions about dyslexia, effective reading and spelling instruction, and classroom accommodations. We will also discuss incorporating dyslexia intervention techniques into the classroom to help dyslexic students transfer skills into their daily reading and writing.
This session will take place in the form of a 3-hour webinar. Participants must have a desktop, laptop or Chromebook in order to participate, along with an adequate internet connection.
