Must Be The Money! Cashier Crash Course (Track 1 / Day 2)
This two day workshop is intended for staff in a cashier’s role. We will offer two tracks. Each track will offer the same information but will be in different rooms. In correlation with this session, please register for the following Session ID 83322 to attend both days.
Track 1 will provide interpretation services from English to Spanish.
Session Description
Cash in on the expert knowledge offered in this workshop regarding all things cashiering- cash handling, overt identification, charge policy, complaints, a la carte, special diets- this session has EVERYTHING!
We’ll even give you the gravy on topics like food production records, meal pattern, offer versus serve, and how to recognize a reimbursable meal! You’ll also take note of customer service tactics including effective communication and student management, including a social-emotional awareness session to give you the tools to help support your most important customers - the students.
