Whether you are a new special educator navigating case management duties or a professional with years of experience, this 3-hour virtual session will outline common strategies and tips for organizing your case load so that you may be effective and efficient in your approach. Participants will be provided with a significant amount of time to work on one's current caseload, so please be sure that you have access to all needed paperwork prior to joining the session.
Participants will:
- Review steps for ARD preparation
- Discuss techniques to increase the level of organization of your documentation
- Explore approaches to time management including setting short and long-term goals
- Apply what has been learned in the session to one's current cases
