You've heard it before: man up, boys don't cry, and many more like this. This doesn't exactly set the stage for our boys to be able to express themselves in a healthy manner. Come chat with us as we explore the uphill battle society has built for boys and men in their relationship with understanding and expressing their emotions. Let's look at masculinity in a more modern light and empower our boys to become emotionally healthy men!
