Human Capital Services functions as a strategic partner supporting human resources teams with the tools necessary for recruiting and developing district talent, thus allowing them to retain highly effective leaders, teachers, and auxiliary staff across their LEA.

This training is designed for all supervisors of non-exempt staff and paraprofessionals including non-contract personnel in transportation, maintenance, custodial, instructional aides, office aides, and cafeteria staff and the human resources, campus, or central office administrators who work with these supervisors.
