This session will provide knowledge for working with the multi-tiered system of support.
MTSS is a framework that encompasses both academic (RTI) and behavioral (PBIS) support for all students.
MTSS promotes collaboration between both general education and special education teachers.
Schools use MTSS to identify students in need of additional support and provides these students with evidence-based interventions to reduce the academic and behavioral learning gaps.
This training will give an overview of MTSS and the support it offers to students.
