This session will provide a review of the requirements needed for HB4545 Accelerated Learning plans for students receiving Special Education services, particularly how to develop, document and implement these required plans.
This session is designed to assist in documenting the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meeting/paperwork properly so that it is individualized for the student, making sure that administrators know when a brief ARD is acceptable and when a full ARD meeting should be held. These areas will be discussed as well as what non-compliance in this area would require in terms of intervention activities.
