Moving from the classroom to the school library means that my level of influence shifts from being solely student-centered to stakeholder-centered leadership. Unfortunately, many of our graduate study programs stressed the management of the school library and not the leadership of the school library. Leadership is not child's play, but valuable lessons can be gleaned from some of those toybox favorites. Come invest some time growing your own leadership capacity.
