Professional Ethics for Licensed Specialists in School Psychology - A Problem Solving Approach



ESC-20 provides resources, training and technical assistance for evaluators. Quarterly contact group meetings for LSSP’s and Educational Diagnosticians are also provided.

This in-person workshop will review the NASP Principles for Professional Ethics, as well as the NASP Ethical Problem-Solving approach.  The majority of the workshop will be application of the problem solving model using scenarios.

Presenter Bio: Lindy Frazer is an Education Specialist with the Education Service Center- Region 13.  She provides consultation to LEAs about IDEA evaluations and compliance.  She received her Specialist in Education (Ed.S.) degree from the University of Kansas in School Psychology.   Lindy has 26 years’ experience in the field of education.   First working as an LSSP, Lead Evaluator and later as a district special education coordinator.  Lindy has presented on topics of IDEA evaluation and compliance across school districts, regional service centers and statewide conferences.
