ESC-20 provides training, technical assistance and resources for complying with state and federal regulations, state monitoring systems and federal funding requirements. Monthly special education director meetings are hosted to share all relevant information.
 


Important Session Information:


During this extension session, Cindy Moses, with TCASE, will review both the basic fiscal requirements of Maintenance of Effort (MOE) for special education and the methodology for determining compliance with this federal requirement. In addition, participants will also learn strategies so that the information on preliminary compliance reports is never a surprise, and, in fact, is being controlled by the district.
