VIRTUAL: CACFP in Action: From Menu to Meal Production Records

ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of the Child and Adult Care Food Programs

Important Session Information:

Meal production records- we use them every day and yet they still surprise us! Join us for this session as we go over the ins and outs of the familiar form as we refresh the lens on how you view it! Routine can be great, but it can also lead to common errors. We’ll remind you how to fill out meal production records to ensure ideal documentation for daily operations and a seamless administrative review. We’ll run through meal pattern reminders, documenting CN labels, the sections of MPRs, menu planning, and most importantly- the only items you should be documenting- creditable foods!
