The ESC-20 School Safety Program provides training and technical assistance to school districts in the comprehensive development of school safety programs.
Foods are required to attend this session to gain access to WBSCM. This virtual session will provide an overview of menu planning requirements necessary for forecasting with a focus on federal standards, as well as a step-by-step guide on how to create a cycle menu incorporating USDA foods.
