Important Session Information: This session will provide participants with a better understanding of dyslexia and the science of reading.  Participants will engage with activities to enhance their understanding and knowledge of the science of reading and how to help struggling readers. 

Objectives:

The participant will define dyslexia and recognize common characteristics of dyslexia in students.
The participant will be able to better understand the science of reading and foundational reading skills.
The participant will have knowledge of technology resources and apps that may help a student with dyslexia or struggling readers. 

Audience: Special Education Teachers, General Education Teachers, Reading Specialists, Librarians

This webinar will be conducted as a virtual training.
