This in-person class teaches Contracting Entities (CEs) basic to advanced Food Production Record (FPR) skills including how to fill out a FPR, how to use meal documentation to support the FPR and how to use the FPR to improve forecasting, communication, and to demonstrate compliance. This class will also teach participants how to us the food buying guide.
Maintaining accurate, compliant, and complete food production records is a requirement to claim a reimbursable meal under NSLP and SBP. A review of the required information, obtaining accurate component contributions, forecasting and timeline for completion of the food production records will be covered.
