Virtual: Academic vocabulary is a foundational skill that all students need but a lot of students struggle with. This session will provide multiple ways of teaching vocabulary effectively with limited time. Based on the research of Marilee Sprenger, learn easy-to-implement instructional strategies that can help teachers ensure that their students have knowledge and comprehension of both general and content-specific words.
