ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to district transition contacts and vocational adjustment coordinators in the development and implementation of effective transition services and inter-agency collaboration.

Important Session Information:

It is highly recommended that Districts/Charters attend the session as a team consisting of a general and special education supervisor/administrator, registrar, counselor, PEIMS contact, administration, transition, and anyone else involved in or responsible for students' graduation.

This session will provide information on Texas laws, rules, and administrative codes that apply to all students attending public schools in Texas. The Foundation High School Program is the standard graduation program in Texas for ALL students starting ninth grade from the 2014-2015 school year. The session will cover the following topics: TAC Chapter 74 (including endorsements), TAC Chapter 89.1070 (Commissioner's rules for graduation requirements for students who receive special education services), Personal Graduation Plans (PGPs), EOC and IGC, Transcript documentation, CCMR, and Graduation codes.
