In this virtual session, we will learn about conducting age-appropriate transition assessments for students with disabilities. This is crucial for developing quality transition services. Participants will be guided to create IEP goals, post-secondary goals, courses of study, and summaries of performance (SOP). We will also discuss how to involve local agencies in the process. Examples of both formal and informal assessments will be shared to help educators choose the most appropriate assessments to support students' post-secondary goals.
