During this session, we will cover the process of creating appropriate post-secondary goals using data from age-appropriate transition assessments. Our focus will be on developing compliance-driven post-secondary goals that will help students achieve success in their future endeavors. Moreover, we will discuss strategies for individualizing transition plans and supporting students in reaching their post-secondary goals. This session will also provide valuable insights on how to meet State Performance Plan Indicator 13 compliance requirements.
