Using a Multi-Tiered System of
Supports (MTSS) Framework is a common way that local education agencies provide
support to students who face challenges within the realms of academics,
behavior, and mental health. Within this framework, interventions are provided
to all students through three tiers of support. Participants will leave this
training with the understanding of the key components and processes that make
up an effective framework, so that they may be knowledgeable about the
parent/guardian role.
