Resource Management for School Nutrition Programs includes assessing revenue and costs for program food and nonprogram food.  This session will view the sources of data to use, tools/worksheets that can aid schools in the calculations, and how to interpret and adjust the proportion for program/nonprogram revenue/costs to stay in compliance throughout the program year.
