Schools are responsible for ensuring that a contract is compliant with all program regulations. By reviewing, the school’s roles and responsibilities in the monitoring of program operations, this class will teach the fundamentals of contract management when a food service management company (FSMC), or meal vendor operates the program on its behalf or when a consultant is providing support to the school nutrition program.
