This session will provide a review of the requirements needed for HB1416 Accelerated Learning plans for students receiving Special Education services, particularly how to develop, document and implement these required plans.
This session is designed to assist in documenting the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meeting/paperwork properly so that it is individualized for the student, making sure that administrators know the ARD meeting requirements.
