This four-week series will consist of four 90 minute virtual sessions for paraprofessionals. One may attend all four sessions in the order that they are offered or one may pick and choose between the sessions. These session will utilize the TEA-vetted documents, "Working with Paraprofessionals: A Resource for Teachers of Students with Disabilities" and the "Working with Paraprofessionals Field Users Guide." No prior knowledge or training is required prior to attending this session.
These sessions are appropriate for paraprofessionals who support inclusive services and/or work within self-contained settings and general education and special education teachers who act as the supervising teacher for paraprofessionals.
