This virtual session presented by attorney Elvin Houston of Walsh, Gallegos, Trevino, Kyle, & Robinson P.C., will outline and discuss the key rules and regulations as they relate to transition and 18+ programs including transfer of rights, when to graduate, and shifting ARD decision making to adult students.  He will cover the most important legal requirements, plus provide practical advice and illustrations. By attending this session, you will obtain a solid understanding of the dos and don'ts of administering your LEA’s transition and 18+ programs.
