This session is intended to provide a deep dive into understanding the implications of Personal Care Services as related to the School Health and Related Services (SHARS) program.
Personal Care Services (PCS) can be confusing. The Texas Education Agency will define and describe the Medicaid definition of the service and provide examples to help districts make fact-based decisions.
Participants will be provided with guidance to help ARD committee members as they make these medical decisions.
