Designing Meaningful and Engaging Professional Development (That's NOT Boring!)
This full day, in person session, provides foundational tips, tools and techniques for those new to facilitating professional development (or for those who want to reinvigorate techniques). Participants will examine the unique needs of adult learners, experience and apply professional development techniques that yield results, and examine how to maximize the change process to support long- term learning and transfer for adults. Each participant will receive a copy of Caffeinated Learning, by Anne M. Beninghof.
