ASCENDER - Credit Cards



IT Consulting Services provides administrative software and services and TSDS technical and support services  to Local Education Agencies (LEAs).  ASCENDER business and student software, hosting and disaster recovery services, training and site visits, and Texas Student Data Systems (TSDS) technical and support services for PEIMS, Early Childhood Data Systems (ECDS) and other TSDS collections are all part of the product offerings.

This session is designed to show you how to set up credit cards in ASCENDER. We will discuss the changes needed in District Administrations, how to create requisitions with a credit card & process purchase orders to be paid with a credit card.  This session will also show you how to reconcile the credit card statement in ASCENDER and process the statement for payment.
