Southwest Texas Fusion Center: Fusion Liaison Officer Training
Description:
Fusion Liaison Officer Program – Coordinating with the Texas State Fusion Center and the other Texas Recognized Fusion Centers, this program includes representatives from partner agencies with the SWTFC area of responsibility. SWTFC FLOs facilitate the flow of communication between their home agencies and the SWTFC and are trained in various aspects of regional and national homeland security matters, including ensuring those partners operate within the privacy policy guidelines concerning the collection of suspicious activity reports and related information.
Target Audience:
ISDs and Charters within the counties served by Education Service Center Region 20 may send a maximum of 1-2 Representatives from their ISD or Charter to serve as the primary point of contact with Southwest Texas Fusion Center.
