In this interactive training you will be building upon your understanding of the Depth and Complexity mindset of instruction by utilizing the Content Imperatives. Based on the research of Dr. Sandra Kaplan, these rigor-increasing, engagement-enhancing thinking tools. Be prepared to enhance your lessons with new tools designed for student centered inquiry and discussion. Your G/T Students will be given the essential tools to take ownership of their learning with you as the Facilitator of Instruction. It is recommended that you have taken G/T Day 4 – Depth and Complexity before attending this session.
The training will take place at the Dilley High School Cafetorium located on 1 Grey Wolf Drive, Dilley, TX 78017
Only teachers from Dilley ISD will be able to register for this course until May 21. At this point it will open up for teachers from other Districts.
