WEBINAR: Are you looking for ways to integrate science into your reading time? Join us as we discuss approaches to make content connections through content questioning, relating the science concept to different story elements, and aligning a Science investigation to the story. We will walk through an exemplar model of making content connections using the book, Diary of a Worm.
The target audience for this session is K-2 teachers but is appropriate for any teacher wanting to connect science and literacy.
This session will take place in the form of a webinar. Participants must have a desktop, laptop or Chromebook in order to participate, along with an adequate internet connection. Active participation of various forms will be required during the session in order to obtain course credit.
